Rescheduling & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you agree to a quote on WhatsApp. We send a reminder the day before your scheduled visit. If your plans change, reschedule with at least a few hours' notice. There's no penalty for that. Last-minute cancellations on the day may affect availability for your next preferred slot, though. Recurring clients can pause a series anytime, for a vacation or a maintenance-free week. You can pick it back up on the same schedule without rebooking from scratch.
Same-Day & Short-Notice Bookings
Same-day and next-day slots are usually open. The exceptions are Ramadan, Eid, and the first week of major school holidays, when demand across both cities rises sharply. If your date is flexible by even a day, we can often fit you in faster. If it isn't, message us as early as you can. We'll be upfront about whether we can meet it, rather than confirm something we can't deliver.
